Poll: EBL in English or in Finnish?

I founded my blog to write about ever better leadership and although the release rate has been slower for the past few months, there has been some traffic all the time.

But the one thing that I have been thinking – based on the traffic – has been if I should switch to my Finnish? Finnish is my native language and even though I feel very comfortable using English, there is no doubt that I am more capable of writing a lot better in Finnish.

The other pros and cons are that the leadership topic is quite saturated in English speaking areas, but in Finland there is more room to grow. On the contrary Finland is very small country in terms of population, only about the size of Atlanta, Sydney or Barcelona. That means that there are not that many people who would be interested in reading my passion about leadership, communication, empowerment, storytelling and marketing.
