Poll: EBL in English or in Finnish?

I founded my blog to write about ever better leadership and although the release rate has been slower for the past few months, there has been some traffic all the time.

But the one thing that I have been thinking – based on the traffic – has been if I should switch to my Finnish? Finnish is my native language and even though I feel very comfortable using English, there is no doubt that I am more capable of writing a lot better in Finnish.

The other pros and cons are that the leadership topic is quite saturated in English speaking areas, but in Finland there is more room to grow. On the contrary Finland is very small country in terms of population, only about the size of Atlanta, Sydney or Barcelona. That means that there are not that many people who would be interested in reading my passion about leadership, communication, empowerment, storytelling and marketing.

That is the reason why I will host a poll in Twitter where you can vote for the language you would prefer EBL be written in. Here is the link, please cast your vote now:

Thank you and see you soon, I will post the results and my decission in a week or two! 🙂

Welcome to read my ”Ever better leadership” blog!

I feel that my mission is to help and enable people to get ever better. In addition to that, I have found out that my own learning improves as I process my experiences with as many senses as possible. These two reasons are the main motivators as to why I decided to start this blog.

The topics close to my heart, and which I plan mostly to write about, are:

  • Leadership
  • Motivating
  • Personal and spiritual growth
  • Leading oneself
  • Storytelling
  • Marketing communication trends and phenomenons
  • Technological advancement, like digitalization, IoT, AI, VR/AR/MR
  • Business development and strategy
  • Generating wealth

I read and listen to lots of books, watch videos and mine information from the Internet, and will most probably write down summaries about those. Sometimes I might fall into being provocative, and because of that I already express my apologies. I try my best to be ever better, and to remember that I have committed to work on behalf of humanity. All my actions are guided by brotherly love, and I believe that as long as I keep following that principle, this blog will generate good.

Ever better wishes,

Jukka Niittymaa
